Home Renovation
“We had a great experience with this contractor. He is an artist with an eye to detail who did a great job replacing a ceiling and then repairing some very damaged drywall. He also refinished wood floors found under the ancient carpet. He painted everything and finished up on Christmas Eve! He was a very hard worker with great quality, as well as being a very nice guy, with fair prices-no extra costs. He did the job until done, with necessary breaks to let drywall dry, but we didn’t have that fear it would drag on and never be finished. He communicated well throughout the process too. I highly recommend K&L.” This project dealt with a tight budget and included a quick renovation for a children’s bedroom!

Deck Build

So, presented with this problem we turned it into a deck/stage that could be broken down and moved.

Job exceeded expectations. Ken responded quickly to our inquiry to have 3 exterior porches upgraded with new decking and railings and came out to review our job. Once on site we added a few additional tasks to the overall job and Ken was not hesitant to include the additional work to the scope. We received a favorable quote promptly and scheduled the work. Ken was able to move us up on his schedule and came prepared to perform the demo and began the install work the same day. The work performed was of exceptional quality with great attention to detail. The Pro responded to my message the same day. I sent him a photo of the project. We then discussed the project; price and he gave me the name and telephone number of his assistant. Charlie, the Handyman, was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable, and he cleaned up when he finished. I would recommend K & L Design Enterprises, LLC to family and friends. These are the hardest projects to do for people where many things are needed in order to complete a varied punch list. Through focus and attention to the customer’s request, we finished it perfectly and made a lifelong customer!
